On these CDs, all aspects of the production - performances by all of the musicians, engineering and mastering, studio time, photography and graphic design - were donated. Altogether these projects have raised over $200,000 to benefit AIDS services and education around the U.S. via Classical Action: Performing Arts Against AIDS and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
Two Hands, Ten Voices

Fred Hersch has invited ten of his favorite female vocalists from the worlds of jazz, cabaret and Broadway to sing the songs of Kern, Gershwin, Lennon & McCartney, Carole King and others on this second CD produced by Hersch to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
